Kamienna is a river in Karkonosze mountains, left tributary of Bóbr river. There are several class 3-5 sections, depending on the water level. River flows along road 3/E65 from the border crossing with Czech Republic in Jakuszyce, to Szklarska Poręba, and afterwards to Piechowice.
Good water level is from snow melt during spring, and after heavy rainfall.
In the second half of April there is a whitewater competition called AMP Kamienna.
There are four main sections on Kamienna river. Usually, if the water level is ok, one paddles whole section from Szklarska Poręba (Upper Kamienna) till Piechowice (Lower Kamienna).
